COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
In case that as a recipient of the services offered by our company you wish to express your discontent you may submit a complaint
What a complaint is
Complaint is the written expression of discontent addressed to our company from a person that is recipient of our services. Lodging a claim, applications for compensation, simple applications related to the enforcement of an insurance policy, the provision of information or clarifications are not considered complaints.
Complaints procedure
Our company has established and applies Complaints Procedure Policy aiming at the provision of quality services to our clients and associates as well as in compliance with current legal and regulatory framework.
Our company will make every effort possible so that complaints are treated with fairness and investigated effectively and objectively according to good faith and that any conflicts of interest that may arise are dealt with and resolved in the most effective way possible. Purpose of the procedure is that complaints are treated with immediate response in an objective, polite and confidential way so that any issue is resolved or explained.
Complaints Handling Department
Our company has established a Complaints Handling Department that is operationally independent, applies and supervises the application of our Complaints Procedure Policy so that it complies with current legal framework and complaints are examined with fairness, any conflicts of interest are detected and dealt with immediately
How to file a complaint
You may file a complaint by filling the application form found below and sending it in any of the following manners:

After processing of your complaint every care will be taken so that a response is provided with fifty (50) calendar days. We inform you that the activation of the complaints procedure does not interrupt the limitiation period for any legal claim you may have.
