Four of the seven awards were won by Sophos Insurance Agency, in FM Insurance Awards, in the category of Insurance Agents. The awards ceremony took place on 1η December, at the Athens Concert Hall, in the presence of representatives of insurance companies and insurance intermediaries.

After an evaluation by an independent audit organization (Grant Thornton) and a committee made up of renowned executives (within and outside the insurance industry), Sofos Insurance Agency, which was a finalist in all categories, awarded in the following four:

- Sustainability strategy (Sustainable development)
- High quality (High quality level)
In addition to these, Sofos Insurance Agency also received Overall Performance Award (Overall performance), as it collected the highest score in the committee evaluation in all 6 categories.
