A 3-day interactive seminar was held at the premises of the International Management Studies (IMS) college on March 30-31 and April 1, which was attended by executives from Sofos Insurance Agency AE and postgraduate students of the Greek branch of the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
The seminar took place within the framework of the Strategic Consulting In Practice workshop and during its duration the students had the opportunity to discuss and exchange opinions with Mr. Georgios Sofos, Thrasyvoulos Sofos, and Georgeo Panagopoulos, for matters concerning the company and to propose effective methods, so that Sophos Insurance Agency to continue its rapid growth, while maintaining its high quality service and financial strength.
The students were divided into 3 groups of 6 people and worked intensively on CASE study assigned to them by Sofos Insurance Agency. After finishing their work, they presented their ideas and the team with the best results was awarded.
All participants received a commemorative press papier each and the winning team was awarded an honorable mention.
The groups were coordinated and guided with complete success by the professor of the Strathclyde branch in Dubai, Ms. Only Anisa, in collaboration with Ms Aphrodite Ferentino, representative of the University in Greece.
