My career in the insurance market began... in 1990. Gradually I had the opportunity to work in different management positions and gain a holistic view of the functioning of the market. My experience in a very wide range of insurance processes has enabled me to understand the needs and be able to manage issues that arise in terms of network people. I would say that each of my different occupations has been a plus in my professional quiver. Networking is extremely important to me. I have always considered partner support to be a critical area that requires special handling and the creation of trusting relationships.
My collaboration with Sofos Insurance Agency began in July 2013 and is a result of… of a long-term professional relationship with Mr. Christos Sofos, President of Sofos Insurance Agency, a man I have known for over 25 years, respect and appreciate. I leave behind a relationship of trust that I had developed with the partners and that is maintained to this day, with the same duties and the same responsibility towards insurers, which I already knew, but also to new ones that were added in these six years or so that I have been working with Sofos Insurance Agency, but mainly with the long-term management experience of Mr. X. Sofos, we managed today to have a partner network that numbers over 500 insurers.
With partners the biggest difficulty lies… mainly in the time you have to spend in order to lay solid foundations for a timeless relationship of mutual trust and mutual appreciation. The partner wants to feel that the insurance company he works with provides him with security, service and treats him with honesty and humanity. He wants you to get involved in his problems, to immediately find the best possible solutions for him, to be a helper in every difficulty and need.
My unwavering principle in my relationship and communication with people… it's honesty. It is a philosophy on which I build both my interpersonal and professional relationships. After many years in the field, I can say that this lifestyle, whether it concerns my professional field or my personal life, has never been a brake on my work, my advancement and the respect of my colleagues and partners.
